IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division continues performing claim-related work aimed at reducing receivables.

From January to October the power company initiated 159 claims for recovery of debts for the provision of core and value-added services totalling over 632 million rubles. 489 lawsuits in the amount of about 18.5 million rubles were also sent to courts of various instances to recover debt for electricity sold to consumers during the period of performing by the branch of functions of a supplier of last resort.

In total, during this period the courts satisfied 100 claims totalling 536.053 million rubles. More than 209 million rubles were received from debtors in the pretrial order. Another 34 writs of execution for the amount of more than 20 million rubles (principal debt, interest) are in the bailiffs' service to enforce.

Despite all the measures taken, the amount of receivables of Kurskenergo for electricity sold to consumers during the period, when the branch performed the functions a supplier of last resort, remains significant, being 603.8 million rubles as at 1 November 2016. Among the largest debtors are CJSC 'CPC', LLC 'MC of the city of Kursk', 'Industrial Assembly' (each company's debt is more than 10 million rubles), LLC 'MC Housing sector' (the size of the debt is more than 5 million rubles), LLC 'MC Seim' (3.07 million rubles).

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division intends to consistently work to make all counterparties fully execute contractual obligations, using all relevant statutory legal instruments.
