Rosenbauer International welcomes two new managers to strategically important posts. Matteo Paraluppi, 37, assumed the role of Head of Global Marketing at the beginning of the year, while Michael Wildling, 39, took up his role as Head of Global Product Management & Innovation in February. They succeed Michael Friedmann, who previously performed both roles simultaneously and left the company last year.

Matteo Paraluppi studied economics in Modena and graduated with a master's degree from Bocconi University in Milan. He subsequently worked in marketing and sales at CNH Industrial for eleven years; first in Italy, and then eight years in St. Valentin (Austria), where his roles included Head of Communications and Area Sales Manager for Steyr Traktoren and CASE IH, which belong to the CNH Group.

At Rosenbauer, Matteo Paraluppi is responsible for brand management, digital marketing and product marketing as well as for event management and merchandising. He will focus on enhancing the international brand strategy in his new role.

After completing an apprenticeship as an industrial engineer, Michael Wildling studied international marketing at the CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences in Graz. He started his career in sales and marketing and as a product manager, before helping to advance the internationalization of the product range in business development at KTM AG. Most recently, he was responsible for product management as a Head of Department at the Pierer Mobility Group.

At Rosenbauer, Michael Wildling brings his more than ten years of experience as a product manager to the table, plus his expertise in integrating products and processes into group structures. He considers it a key part of his role to enhance the Rosenbauer product range with new and innovative solutions.
