Rexel announces having published its Document de référence for the year ended December 31, 2013. It has been filed on Friday March 21, 2014 with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), under number D.14-0181.
The Document de référence includes in particular the following information:
- the annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2013;
- the report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the operation of the Supervisory Board and on internal controls for the financial year 2013;
- the report of the Statutory Auditors on the report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board;
