REG Technologies Inc., All Assets signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire REGI US Inc. (OTCPK:RGUS) from Access Information Services, Inc, REG Technologies Inc. (TSXV:RRE) and others in a reverse merger transaction on September 16, 2016. As part of transaction, REGI US will issue 1.1 shares for 1 share of Reg Technologies for a total of 50.6 million shares of REGI U.S common stock. REGI US will complete the consolidation of all assets, specifically all intellectual property into a single company. If the transaction is approved /completed, Reg Technologies Inc. will be delisted from the Exchange. The transaction is subject to approval by TSX Venture Exchange and and Reg Technologies, Inc. shareholders.

As on February 20, 2017, the sale was approved by TSX-Venture Exchange and the transaction received the shareholders' approval on November 18, 2016.
