Quality Houses Leasehold Property Fund reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was THB 236.6 million compared to THB 270.46 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 240 million compared to THB 273.6 million a year ago. Net income was THB 127.55 million compared to THB 166.1 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was THB 504.12 million compared to THB 548.78 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 510.87 million compared to THB 555.01 million a year ago. Net income was THB 265.23 million compared to THB 321.2 million a year ago.
Quality Houses Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund and a specific property fund. The primary objective of the Fundâs capital management is to maintain an appropriate capital structure in order to provide returns for unitholders in accordance with the Fundâs establishment objective. The Fund operates through a single segment, namely the rental of immovable properties. Its portfolio includes the Q House Ploenjit Building, Q House Lumpini Building, and Wave Place Building. The Fund is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited (the Management Company), and its trustee is Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited. The property managers of the Fund are Q.H. International Company Limited, which manages Q. House Lumpini project, and Quality Houses Public Company Limited, which manages Q. House Ploenchit project and Wave Place project.
