The Company's reliability test systems includes the MIRA, Infinity, ACE and Multi-Site Probe System. Its reliability and parametric solutions include: DSPT 9012, a desktop semiconductor parametric tester; MUX, a fully automated multiplexer for automated wafer probing and testing, and Micro Oven, an oven system compatible with all brands of parametric testers. The Company also offers test lab services. The Company has offices in Israel, the United States, Europe and Japan.
