QT Imaging Holdings, Inc. is a medical device company. The Company is engaged in the research, development, and commercialization of body imaging systems using low energy sound. Its medical imaging is critical to the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. Its Quantitative Breast Density (QBD) is a technology that measures breast density, with no radiation or compression. The Company’s QTscan is a non-invasive breast imaging tool. In QTscan, images are generated using both reflection and transmission modalities. Its QT Imaging system uses a transmitter/receiver array pair as well as a system of reflection transceivers to create a multi-modality system (transmission and reflection). The QTscan allows for painless breast imaging with no compression, and safe imaging with no x-ray radiation. Its transmission ultrasound developments in hardware and imaging algorithms have enabled improvements in visualizing breast tissues in a natural pendant state.
