Yantai Moon Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000811) signed an agreement to acquire 19.6% in Qingdao Daneng Environmental Protection Equipment Incorporated Company from a group of sellers for approximately CNY 110 million on June 3, 2016. The sellers are Xinjiang Yongwan High-tech Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Beijing Jianyuan Taichang Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Ivy (Shanghai) Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Beijing Jianyuan Borui Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership), Qingdao Bangyuan Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) and Shanghai Fucheng Enterprises Co., Ltd. Under the terms, 13.9 million shares will be acquired at CNY 7.9 per share. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Yantai Moon Co.,Ltd.

The Company's products mainly include slag energy-saving and environmentally friendly treatment systems, flue gas energy-saving and environmentally friendly treatment systems, clean energy absorption system equipment, desulfurization wastewater environmental protection treatment systems and spare parts. Its products cover the prevention and control of pollutants such as slag, dust, flue gas, fine particulate matter, Nitrogen Oxides (NOX), Sulfur Oxides (SOX), desulfurization wastewater, as well as boiler slag and flue gas waste heat recovery. The Company operates its businesses in the domestic market.
