Pulse Investments Limited wishes to advise that its Audited Financial Statements for year ended June 30, 2023 will be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by September 20, 2023.
Our auditors require confirmation of a very high percentage of the company's transactions, due to the nature of our business. This year's delay has been caused by a combination of factors, including key personnel changes and absences due to vacation, among relevant confirming parties.
