Pulmuone Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A017810) announced a private placement of 403,458 convertible preferred stock on January 12, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from IBK S Green Fund. The securities issued are redeemable at a price of KRW 173, 5000 from March 23, 2023 to March 23, 2028. The securities issued are convertible into common stock from March 23, 2019 to February 23, 2028. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors.
