Prosper Construction Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of general construction contracting services. The Company operates its business through three segments. The General Construction Contracting Services segment is engaged in the design and implementation of construction and decoration works, design, production and installation of curtain walls, doors and windows, steel structure works, landscaping and municipal construction. The Marine Construction Works segment provides marine construction services, including dredging and non-dredging ground treatment works, reclamation works, pier construction works, offshore facilities foundation works and marine transportation and leasing of marine vessels. The Provision of Auxiliary Marine Related Services segment provides auxiliary marine services for electricity generating facilities. In addition, the Company is also engaged in cross-border trade of raw materials.
