ProjectCompany, Inc. (TSE:9246) agreed to acquire Worker Dispatch Business of Cuatro Pistas Ltd for ¥100 million on September 16, 2022. Worker Dispatch Business of Cuatro Pistas Ltd has sales of approximately ¥850 million. The transaction is expected to close on October 3, 2022.
