(TSE:9246) agreed to acquire artwize inc. from Shinnosuke Mura for ¥220 million on March 28, 2023. 700 shares are acquired for amount of ¥220 million of common stock and ¥17 million for advisory fee. Fiscal year ending June 2022, artwize has net worth of ¥90 million, Total assets of ¥289 million, Sales volume of ¥480 million, Operating loss of ¥1 million and net income of ¥9 million. The transaction is expected to close on April 3, 2023.
