Precision Tsugami Corporation Limited Approves Declaration of Final Dividend for the Year Ended 31 March 2018; Approves the Election of Executive and Non-Executive Director

Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited announced that at its annual general meeting held on August 20, 2018, approved the declaration of final dividend of HKD 0.16 per share of the company for the year ended 31 March 2018.

The company also approved the election of Dr. Li Zequn as an executive director and Mr. Nobuaki Takahashi as a non-executive director of the company.
