Porch announced that it has received $6.25 million in its seed round of funding on June 5, 2013. The transaction included participation from new investor SV Angel, Chamath Palihapitiya, Javier Olivan, Jeff Skoll, Bill Lee, Geoff Entress, Charles Moldow, and 20 others.
On June 5, 2013, Porch.Com, Inc. closed the transaction.
