Polledo Sociedad Anonima, Industrial, Constructora y Financiera announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced operating loss was ARS 7.969 million compared to ARS 14.103 million a year ago. Net income was ARS 14.340 million compared to ARS 4.690 million a year ago.
Polledo SAIC y F is an Argentina-based company engaged, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, in the construction and engineering sectors. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Catastros y Relevamientos SA (Catrel SA), which is responsible for the provision of territorial administration and tax collection services, and Polledo Do Brasil Concessoes e Investimentos Ltda, which has operations established in Brazil. Its affiliates include Coviares SA, involved in the construction and exploitation of the Argentinean highways La Plata-Buenos Aires, the Riberena on the Federal Capital and the Nuevo Puente over El Riachuelo, and Covimet SA, engaged in the construction, conservation and exploitation of the northern path of the Argentinean Highway 9 de Julio. It also holds minor stakes in Lismore International SA, Benito Roggio e Hijos SA and Comsa SA, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Roggio SA was the Companyâs majority shareholder with 68.11% of its interest.
