The company's holding shareholder, actual controller Wang Yuxiang, Zhang Yan, and the company controlled by Wang Yuxiang, namely Beijing Hangxing Yingchuang Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership), the company's shareholder Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Rongyuhong Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and the company's core technical personnel Wang Yuxiang, Liao Tongkui will not transfer nor entrust to others for management direct or indirect shares in the company held prior to this issuance, nor request the company to repurchase the said shares within 36 months after the listing date.
