The Company’s fabrics production is performed in two plants, one located in Caxias do Sul in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, and one in El Salvador. The Company operates also an industrial unit in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, which is active in the manufacture of apparel products. As of June 30, 2012, it held a 70.20% stake in Pettenati Centro America SA de CV.
