Petrolera Pampa SA is an Argentina-based company principally engaged in the petroleum sector. The Company specializes in exploration, as well as in production of crude oil and natural gas in Argentina. It operates over 25 productive wells in six areas. Its operative areas are located in the provinces of Neuquen, as well as of Rio Negro, among others. The Company cooperates with a number of entities, such as Petrobras Argentina and Apache under the exploration and investment agreements. Furthermore, the Company is a subsidiary of Pampa Energia SA, an entity primarily involved in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Argentina. It supports the supplying chain for Pampa Energia's thermal power stations.
