Paxys, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported net income was PHP 3.38 million compared to net loss of PHP 7.63 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.004 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.004 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.01 a year ago.
For the nine months, net loss was PHP 7.53 million compared to PHP 18.04 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.009 compared to PHP 0.02 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.009 compared to PHP 0.02 a year ago.
Paxys Inc. is a Philippines-based investment holding company. The Company operates through its subsidiary, Scopeworks Asia, Inc. (SWA), which is an export-oriented business process outsourcing company. SWA provides outsourcing services, including data transcription services, customer service, facilities and support services, and back-office services to domestic and foreign institutions, as well as to multinational companies based in the Philippines and abroad. The Company operates through two segments, namely Outsourcing and Others. The Outsourcing segment includes primarily facilities management. The Others segment includes the operations of the parent company.
