Paris, France, 10. September 2018 - Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has launched a new charging kit for the accurate and convenient pre-charge of hydraulic accumulators.
Regular pre-charge checks are essential to maximize accumulator lifetime and high performance levels; therefore, the new Super Complete Charging Kit (SC-VGU) was developed to provide safe and convenient pre-charge maintenance.
Suitable for Parker and non-Parker accumulators and all accumulator technologies (bladder, piston and diaphragm), the SC-VGU Charging Kit is an essential tool for any accumulator maintenance company or service centre.
The Super Complete Charging Kit contains nine different gas valve adaptors and four different pressure gauges, making it suitable for a much wider range of accumulators when compared to others available on the market. The pressure gauges range from 0-6 bar to 0-400 bar, enabling a more accurate pre-charge reading for low and high pressure requirements.
The new charging kit also includes an extender hose, providing safe operation in tricky spaces. A gas flow limiter has been incorporated to control the initial pre-charge speed for safe and efficient bladder installation.
Delivered in a robust carry case, it is easily portable and protected during transit and therefore, convenient for on-site or off-site accumulator maintenance.
