Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. announced that On November 8, 2021, the Board of company appointed Richard du Moulin to serve as the Company's interim Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. du Moulin will serve as an interim Chairman until Mr. Ed Coll, currently on sick leave, is able to return to his position as Chairman. In addition, the Board appointed Claus Boggild to lead independent director effective January 1, 2022.
