Palemo Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2778) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 150,000 shares, representing 1.25% of its share capital, for ¥40 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of July 20, 2020, the company had 12,040,848 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 10,536 shares in treasury.
PALEMO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. mainly operates specialty store chain that sells clothing and sundries directly to consumers. The Company operates in two business segments. The Retail Stores segment provides ladies' clothing and accessories, through various types of shopping centers under multiple brands.
