J Boutaris & Son Holding SA is a Greece-based company active in the wine industry. The Company's range of activities includes the production, storage and trade of wines, soft drinks, mineral water and various foodstuffs, and the provision of business management and consultancy services. The Company offers a range of wines under the Boutaris brand name and also acts as the representative on the Greek market of international beer and wine companies, such as Ernest & Julio Gallo (California), Antinori (Italy), Montes (Chile), Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin (France) and Krug (France). The Company has seven subsidiaries: J Boutaris & Son Wineries SA, Kambas Winery SA, Midas SA, Eurodrinks SA, Kymi Bottling SA, Millesime SA and Trofodomiki SA.
