Company Otso Gold Corp.

Otso Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold mining company. The Company through its Swedish and Finnish subsidiaries own 100% of the Otso Gold Mine (the Mine) in Finland. The Mine consists of fully built approximately 2 million tons per annum gold processing facility with the associated infrastructure in place. In addition, the Mine has two open pits, the North Pit and South Pit, mined to approximately 50 meters and approximately 25 meters respectively. Otso Gold Mine holds approximately 1500 hectares of mining leases in Finland. The Otso Gold deposit is located in the Svecofennian orogenic belt, part of the Archean-Palaeoproterozoic Fennoscandian Shield, which formed approximately 1900 Ma. The Company also owns approximately 49% of a Copper Creek porphyry copper gold exploration project situated in the golden triangle in British Columbia, Canada.
