Extraordinary announcement The issuance of OTP_EURO_1 2015/II (tranche 001) 1.65 per cent fixed rate bonds by OTP Bank Nyrt.

The subscription period of the fixed rate OTP_EURO_1 2015/II (tranche 001) between January 6,
2014 and January 17, 2014 closed successfully. The Bonds could be subscribed in the domestic branches of OTP Bank Nyrt. The investors subscribed the total of EUR 4,996,300. OTP Bank Nyrt. accepted all of the subscriptions, EUR 4,996,300 amount of OTP_EURO_1 2015/II bonds will be issued. The total amount of the series OTP_EURO_1 2015/II bond is EUR 4,996,300.
