Orange's board of governors has approved a proposal by its Committee for Governance and Social & Environmental Responsibility (CGRSE) to co-opt Renault executive committee member and director Mouna Sepehri as a new Orange board director and chairman of the CGRSE. She replaces Muriel Penicaud, who stepped down following her nomination to head the entity formed by the merger of French international investment agency AFII and export promotion agency Ubifance. Sepehri's appointment will be proposed for ratification by shareholders at the Orange general meeting in May 2015.
