Centrum Rozliczen Elektronicznych Polskie ePlatnosci S.A. announced a private placement of 1,500,000 common shares at a price of not more than PLN 7 per share for gross proceeds of PLN 10,000,000 with returning investor OPTeam Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:OPM) on April 5, 2017. The transaction has been approved by the investor’s supervisory board.

Its OPTI series products range includes: corporate card system (OPTIpass), loyalty card system (OPTIcard), electronic student's card (OPTIcamp) and electronic purse system (OPTIcash).
