Item 7.01                Regulation FD Disclosure

                         On January 18, 2023, we announced that our board of directors increased
                         our quarterly dividend to 95.5 cents per share of common stock, an
                         increase of 2%, resulting in an annualized dividend of $3.82 per share.
                         The dividend is payable February 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at
                         close of business January 30, 2023. A copy of the news release is attached
                         as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
