(Alliance News) - NVP Spa announced Friday that it has been awarded the tender to produce Serie C League matches for the next three years.

The production of the matches will take place using innovative remote production technology at the Innovation Hub in Cologno.

"With this award, NVP consolidates the company's leadership in football and will help generate additional revenues of approximately EUR1.2 million per season. NVP, thanks to its investments in innovation and technology and after the positive experience together with its partner Sky for the remote production of Serie B matches for the 2022/23 season, with this further prestigious assignment consolidates its leadership in national football events and, in particular in remote productions," the company said.

"The productions will be carried out using remote production technology at our Innovation Hub center; therefore, the approximately 1,100 matches of the Lega Pro championship will be handled thanks to the technological innovation developed internally by the R&D department; research in technology and the development of innovative services represents one of the group's strengths with the aim of offering increasingly technologically advanced services," said Ivan Pintabona, Chief Technology Office and R&D manager of NVP.

NVP's stock is down 1.8 percent at EUR3.28 per share.
