Company Nuveen Intermediate Duration Quality Municipal Term Fund

Nuveen Intermediate Duration Quality Municipal Term Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to provide a high level of current income exempt from regular federal income tax. The Fund's secondary investment objective is to seek additional total return. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in municipal securities and other related investments, the income from which is exempt from regular federal income tax. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its managed Assets in municipal securities that pay interest that is taxable under the federal alternative minimum tax applicable to individuals. The Fund invests in various sectors, including utilities, healthcare, transportation, education and civic organizations, and consumer staples. The Funds' investment adviser is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC.
