Its principal mineral property interests are located in Nevada, United States. The Company’s flagship Red Hill Property is located in the Cortez Gold Trend of north-central Nevada, United States. The Red Hill Property encompasses a total of 1,363 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 108 square kilometers, which are 100% owned or controlled by the Company, such as Iceberg Property, Wilson Property and Coal Canyon Claims. Its Rift Anticline drill target (seven sq.km within the 108 sq. km Red Hill property) has Carlin-type gold system geology located within Nevada’s Cortez gold complex. The Serena Zone is a Carlin-type mineralization on the Red Hill property. The stratigraphy of the Serena Zone consists of an approximately 100-200 m thick package of Tertiary volcanics, sediments, and tuffaceous volcaniclastics.
