The Company passed the par value per share changed from NT$10 to NT$5
through its shareholders'meeting on 2022 May, and obtained the letter of
approval for registration of change from the Ministry of Economic Affairs
on June 17, 2022. The Board of Directors approved to set the stock
exchange base date as August 26, 2022.

The Company passed the par value per share changed from NT$10 to NT$5
through its shareholders' meeting on May 24, 2022. The base date of
reissuance of shares is August 26, 2022 approved by Board of director
meeting on August 2, 2022. The following is the earnings per share
computation was adjusted retroactively for the change in par value per
share when the base date of reissuance of shares approved before the
consolidated financial statement of the group on June 30, 2022.
