Northern Lights Resources Corp. is an exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in advancing two projects: The 100% owned, Secret Pass Gold Project located in Arizona and Medicine Springs Project in Nevada. Secret Pass Gold Project includes approximately 118 mineral claims covering 1,128 hectares that include numerous historical workings, including the Tin Cup Mine. Its Medicine Springs Project is located on the eastern edge of the Carlin Trend in southeastern Elko County, Nevada. Medicine Springs is a district scale exploration project comprising over 599 mineral claims over a total area of approximately 4,830 hectares. The Medicine Springs Project is an advanced exploration project with drilling and various silver-zinc-lead intercepts. It also has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Caldera Copper Project located in Lincoln County, Nevada. The Caldera project consists of over 55 BLM mineral claims with a total area of approximately 418 hectares.
