Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc. announced a private placement of promissory note in the principal amount of $150,000 on October 4, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Frost Gamma Investments Trust for $75,000 and Jane Hsiao, Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company for $75,000. The note carry rate of interest of 11% per annum and will mature on October 4, 2023.

The note may be prepaid in advance of the maturity date without penalty.
