The funds will be donated in two equal instalments in 2024 and 2025 based on Nokian Tyres Annual General Meeting authorizations. "Nokian Tyres' President and CEO Jukka Moisio has notified the company's Board of Directors of his plans to retire or at least step away from his daily duties as President and CEO, by the end of this year. When we asked him how he would like us to acknowledge his successful career in the company's management, Jukka expressed the wish that we could support the international education of the young generation in Finland. Therefore, we have decided to donate a total of EUR 200,000 to Aalto University School of Business to be used as Nokian Tyres and Jukka Moisio scholarships for masters students going on exchange programs abroad.
