Nittoseiko Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending June 30, 2023 and year ending December 31, 2023. For the six months ending June 30, 2023, the company expects net sales of JPY 22,500 million, operating profit of JPY 1,600 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,000 million or JPY 27.06 per share.
For the year ending December 31, 2023, the company expects net sales of JPY 46,500 million, operating profit of JPY 3,500 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 2,200 million or JPY 59.54 per share.
NITTO SEIKO CO., LTD. is a manufacturer of industrial fasteners and tools, industrial and precision machinery, as well as measuring and control equipment. The Company operates in three business segments. The Fastener segment offers precision screw parts, special cold-headed parts and industrial fasteners. The Industrial Machinery segment offers automatic assembly systems, including free cycle conveyors, automatic screw fastening machines, automatic rivet caulking machines, assembly robots and other industrial machinery.
