NFD Holding dd v stecaju is a Slovenia-based company active in the financial sector. The Company was established as a legal successor of NFD2 Investment Fund Inc. The Company is engaged in managing financial investments. The Company's investment portfolio comprises entities in which NDF Holding dd has a majority stake, namely NFS Investicijsko Svetovanje doo, Hoteli Bernardin dd and Melamin dd; as well as a number of companies in which it has minority stake, such as Finetol dd, NFD Aureus Invest, Ljubljanske mlekarne dd, Etol dd, Termoelektrarna Trbovlje doo, Istrabenz dd, CBH doo and Polzela dd, among others. On March 12, 2014, the Company sold its entire stake in Nacionalna financna druzba za upravljanje investicijskih skladov doo (NFD doo).
