Public Holdings Co., Ltd. acquired 60% stake in SE Housing Loan Service Co., Ltd. from New Constructor's Network Co., Ltd. (TSE:7057) for ¥11.1 million on July 12, 2023. As part of the acquisition, 1200 shares were acquired for ¥9,262 per share.
Public Holdings Co., Ltd. completed the Aquisition of 60% stake in SE Housing Loan Service Co., Ltd. from New Constructor's Network Co., Ltd. (TSE:7057) on July 12, 2023.
New Constructor's Network Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the wooden seismic design and sale of structural members based on the design. According to the size of the property, the Company's wooden seismic design business is classified into the housing sector and the large-scale wooden building (non-residential) area. In the residential field, the Company develops business by classifying it as network development through the construction company network and house maker through the Companyâs affiliated company MUJI HOUSE Co.,LTD. The Company also conducts new business, such as the provision of thermal computing service, long-term superior housing certification agency service, as well as housing loan business and building information modeling (BIM) business, among others.
