Total revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2017 amounted to RMB243.2

million, representing a YoY increase of 7.4% as compared to RMB226.5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2016.

•

Profit for the six months ended June 30, 2017 amounted to RMB66.9 million,

representing a YoY increase of 115.7% as compared to RMB31.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2016.

•

Basic earnings per share attributable to owners of the Company for the six

months ended June 30, 2017 amounted to RMB0.10 (for the six months ended June 30, 2016: RMB0.05).

•

The Board does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the six

months ended June 30, 2017.

The Board is pleased to announce the unaudited condensed consolidated financial results of the Group for the six months ended June 30, 2017 together with the comparative figures for the six months ended June 30, 2016 as set out below.
