C'sMEN Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3083) announced a private placement of 1,025,000 shares at a price of ¥475 per share for gross proceeds of ¥486,875,000 on February 23, 2018. The company issued shares through the third party allotment. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
