Dear Sirs,

We hereby notify you that Naturhouse Health, S.A. ("Naturhouse") ended 2016 with a total of 2,279 centres, having opened 156 centres in 2016 and 41 in the fourth quarter of the last financial year. This figure is a new company record and confirms that the Naturhouse brand remains strong in terms of the demand for centres.

The 156 net openings registered in 2016 mean that the company's growth plan of 240 centres for 2015 and 2016 has been exceeded by 85 centres (34.5%).

Once again, the positive evolution of the French, Italian and Polish markets stands out, having registered 58, 24 and 61 openings, respectively, during the year. Spain ended the period with 583 centres, 11 less than at the end of 2015.
