Nakayamafuku Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7442) entered into a contract to acquire Interform Co., Ltd. from Isao Fuchikami, Nobuko Fuchikami, Ryosuke Fuchikami, Natsuko Fuchikami, and Ritsuko Fujimaki for ¥600 million on October 30, 2015. Isao Fuchikami shall sell 37% stake, Nobuko Fuchikami shall sell 36.3% stake, Ryosuke Fuchikami shall sell 8.3% stake, Natsuko Fuchikami shall sell 9.2% stake and Ritsuko Fujimaki shall sell 9.2% stake in Interform. Nakayamafuku intends to acquire 90,000 shares of Interform and make it its subsidiary. Interform recorded net assets of ¥530 million, total asset of ¥730 million, sales of ¥942 million, operating profit of ¥26 million, and net income of ¥10 million, as on July 2015. The transaction was resolved by Board of Nakayamafuku. Share transfer is likely to take place on November 2, 2015.
