Nakayamafuku Co., Ltd. (OSE:7442) entered into a contract to acquire Royal Tsuhan Co., Ltd. for approximately ¥510 million on November 27, 2012. Nakayamafuku will acquire 200 shares of Royal Tsuhan. The transaction will be financed with funds on hand. Pursuant to the transaction, Royal Tsuhan will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nakayamafuku. Royal Tsuhan reported total assets of ¥300.72 million, net assets of ¥190.53 million and sales of ¥1.1 billion in the period ended March 2012. The Board of Directors of Nakayamafuku has resolved to undertake the transaction.
