Invitation for Expression of Interest

The MTR Corporation will invite developers and/or consortia to submit Expression of Interest (the "EOI") for LOHAS Park Package Eleven Property Development (the "Package Eleven Property Development") tomorrow (15 March 2019). The deadline for submission is 2 pm on 22 March 2019.

LOHAS Park is located at The Remaining Portion of Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 70 in the western part of the Clear Water Bay Peninsula and is being developed in phases.

The Package Eleven Property Development, which is situated atop the future LOHAS Park mall to the south of the MTR LOHAS Park Station, will comprise residential accommodation with a maximum gross floor area of 88,858 square metres, providing not more than 1,850 residential units.

After receipt of EOIs, the Corporation will draw up a shortlist of developers and/or consortia to be invited to submit formal tender proposals for the Package Eleven Property Development.
