MATERIAL FACT

MPM CORPÓREOS S.A. ("Company"), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, in compliance with paragraph 4 of article 157 of Law nº 6,404, from 1976, as amended, and CVM Resolution nº 44, from 2021, as amended, that it received and accepted, on this date, resignment letter presented by Mr. Leonardo Moreira Dias Correa to the position of CFO and Investor Relations Officer.

The Company also clarifies that the indication of his substitute will occur within the next weeks, and that, during this period, according to statutory provision, Mr. Paulo Sergio de Camargo, current CEO of the Company, will temporarily assume the roles attributed to the position of CFO and Investor Relations Officer.

Mr. Leonardo Correa has served as CFO and Investor Relations Officer of the Company since 2020, having participated in important processes which contributed to the Company's growth, and the Company thanks him for his years of dedication and services rendered.
