Motoricus Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:MTR) signed an agreement to acquire KAZ Dystrybucja Sp.

z o.o. from Kazimierz Dawicki, Andrzej Dawicki, Zbigniew Dawicki and KAZ Kazimierz, Andrzej, Zbigniew Dawiccy Spolka Jawna for PLN 7.2 million on November 16, 2015. Under the terms of the deal, MTR will issue 8.6 million shares as consideration.
