Under the terms of the transaction, Motoricus sold 40 shares and will not hold any stake post completion. Alexander Zacharov completed the acquisition of 40% stake in OPMAX SP. Z O.O. from Motoricus Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:MTR) on November 5, 2020.
