Morris State Bancshares, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced net interest income after provision for loan losses was USD 12,582,495 compared to USD 10,194,588 a year ago. Net income was USD 5,460,538 compared to USD 3,369,376 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 2.60 compared to USD 1.60 a year ago.
