MORI TRUST REIT, Inc. announced distributions per unit (excluding distributions in excess of profit) of JPY 1,835 for the fiscal period from September 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024. Scheduled date of commencement of cash distribution payment of May 15, 2024.
The company expects to pay distributions per unit (excluding distributions in excess of profit) of JPY 1,679 for the period from March 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024 compared to JPY 1,700 per unit paid for the same period a year ago.
The company expects to pay distributions per unit (excluding distributions in excess of profit) of JPY 1,700 for the period from September 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 compared to JPY 1,835 per unit for the same period a year ago.
